The demo version of KioWare is a fully functioning version; however, it is limited to 500 hrs of cumulative run time. This translates into roughly 3 weeks running 24x7, or approximately 60 days if just run during working hours. To roll out your kiosk, all that is needed is to purchase a license, and if your kiosk is connected to the internet, it can automatically download a license code from our website. Otherwise, you will need to call our support staff for a license code. No re-installation of software is required.
Because every kiosk application is unique, KioWare has two different license types:
Kiosk Basic
Kiosk Full w/ Server
KioWare Kiosk Basic
A KioWare Kiosk Basic license provides for a stand-alone kiosk running KioWare client software only. There is no server side capability to remotely monitor the kiosk, upload statistics or download new content; however, it is very easy to upgrade. KioWare Kiosk Full w/ Server
A KioWare Kiosk Full license provides for a stand-alone kiosk running KioWare client software, and a centralized server running KioWare Server. The kiosk is capable of uploading usage statistics data to the server, receiving downloaded content from the server and communicating remote monitoring data to the server.

There are two KioWare Server pricing models based on volume of kiosk licenses purchased.
For projects that have less than roughly 30 kiosks, KioWare Kiosk Full licenses include a license for KioWare Server. See below for pricing.

Annual Maintenance and Support
Annual Maintenance and Support is charged at the rate of 20% of purchase price and entitles the purchaser to free updates and phone support throughout the year. Quantity discounts apply on annual renewal.
