Because the KioWare family of products have a 500 hr demo period where useability and applicability can be confirmed prior to purchase, all KioWare purchases are final.

Returns
Except for return of defective software, no returns will be accepted.

Product Family Upgrades
It is relatively common for a kiosk deployment to add functionality over time that requires an upgrade to a more advanced member of the KioWare product family. As such, all KioWare products can be upgraded to higher priced KioWare products (ex, KioWare Lite to KioWare Kiosk) and the initial purchase price will be credited toward the upgrade purchase price.
